In the Red Bull X-Alps 2013 competition it was, for the first time, mandatory to wear a helmet with E.N. 966 certification.
Clement Latour, second classified, was wearing this slightly modified helmet of just 390 grams. (Exact weight depends on size).
The 3 mm thick polycarbonate shell has the advantage to be very light but still very strong.
